Jeder Stein wurde einzeln behauen und auf Kuh- oder Pferdegespann vom Steinbruch im Wald zur Baustelle gefahren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Verschiedene H\u00e4user sind noch in ihrer urspr\u00fcnglichen Form vorhanden und zeigen ein eindrucksvolles Bild von der damals geleisteten Handarbeit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sehr positiv wirkt sich f\u00fcr den alten Ortskern aus, dass es bis auf eine Ausnahme keine leerstehenden Geb\u00e4ude gibt.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_503\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-503\" class=\"wp-image-503 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dimbach-pfalz.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/M59A4873-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-503\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Stephanie Ser<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Man findet heute noch einige gut erhaltene Fachwerk- und Bauernh\u00e4user im Dorf.\u00a0 Der Ortsmittelpunkt ist der im Jahr 1996 neu gestaltete Dorfplatz, mit dem alten Dorfbrunnen der auch umgangssprachlich \u201cWeed\u201d genannt wird.
